Shipping policy

All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post service.  Once the order has been shipped you will be notified of tracking numbers.  We require a signature on delivery.  Please ensure you select a safe delivery address you can trust as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen.  We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.  We are able to deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping using Australia Post Express Post service with a signature on delivery is a set cost of AUD$20 except for orders over AUD$200 in which case the shipping will be free of charge.
