Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Wicked Willie's Jewellery offers refunds within 7 days of delivery.
If you would like to request a refund please contact Wicked Willie's Jewellery by phone or email within the 7 day time frame describing the reason for the return.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in perfect, unused condition, fit for resale, and sent along in original packaging with proof of purchase. It must be returned via Registered Australia Post as Wicked Willie's Jewellery is not liable for lost returned packages. in the event of a refund or exchange you, the customer, is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item is faulty. Please allow 1 week from date of return for either a refund or the new item to be sent out.
Strictly no refunds on goods paid using either Afterpay or Zippay. Store credit or Gift Card will be provided for an exchange providing the above conditions are met.
Goods Damaged or Faulty
You can choose between refund, exchange or credit where goods are damaged or deemed faulty. Goods must be returned at customer's expense and an assessment made by Wicked Willie's Jewellery as to the reason for the fault or damage. Wicked Willie's Jewellery reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the damaged or faulty goods. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving goods, if a refund is authorised we will refund the original price plus postage via the original method of payment. Alternatively if you request a replacement we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned goods, at our cost, provided the item is deemed damaged or faulty. If goods are exchanged due to change of mind all shipping costs are payable by the customer. If goods were purchased via free shipping and then returned for refund or exchange due to change of mind the free shipping no longer applies and the replacement goods will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with Signature on Delivery at a cost of AUD$15.
Receiving a refund - Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of the return of the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wickedwillies.com.au and send your item to: 2 Macrossan Street, , Shop 4, Club Tropical Building , Port Douglas QLD 4877, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged in which case the cost of you returning the item to Wicked Willie's Jewellery will be included in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
